1. Scope
This License applies to all source code, assets, documentation, and other
files contained in this repository, except for third-party components listed
in NOTICE.txt or THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. Third-party components remain
subject to their own licenses.

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy
of Zevvoryn ("the Software") to:
  - use the Software;
  - study the Software;
  - modify the Software;
  - create and distribute derivative works ("Forks");
provided that all conditions of this License are satisfied.

Any copy, Fork, or derivative work must:
  - retain this License;
  - retain all copyright notices;
  - retain the NOTICE.txt file;
  - clearly credit the original Zevvoryn project and its authors.
No person may claim authorship of the original Zevvoryn code.

make the complete corresponding source code publicly available at no charge.

    Zevvoryn-derived code;

Using the Software or Forks on donation-supported Minecraft servers is
permitted. Receiving voluntary donations, memberships, or cosmetic purchases
related to operating a server does not, by itself, constitute commercial
distribution of the Software.
However, selling the Software itself, selling Forks, selling compiled builds,
or charging specifically for access to the Software remains prohibited unless
expressly authorized in writing by the copyright holder(s).

8. No Closed-Source Forks
You may not distribute any Fork or derivative work without making its complete
corresponding source code publicly available. Private modifications that are
not distributed are permitted.

9. Third-Party Components
Nothing in this License modifies or overrides the licenses of third-party
software included with Zevvoryn. Those components remain under their
respective licenses.

10. Minecraft Trademark
"Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB and Microsoft. Zevvoryn is
an independent, unofficial project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.

11. Termination
Any violation of this License immediately and automatically terminates all
rights granted under it. Any continued use or distribution after termination
constitutes copyright infringement unless permission is restored in writing by
the copyright holder(s).

12. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
